Set in cottage country, the 30-minute episodic comedy follows Justin (Jordan Gavaris) as he returns from living abroad after a break-up with his long-term partner, in the hope of reconnecting with the biological daughter (Madison Shamoun) that he gave up for adoption in his teens. Also starring Julia Stiles, The Lake is a project that was originally pitched at BANFF and is now set to launch exclusively on Prime Video on June 17 in 240 countries and territories worldwide.
