Perfect your pitch! In these 13-minute one-on-one consultation sessions, some of the industry’s most talented pitchers will take a look at your materials and give you advice on how to deliver them to maximize their impact.

How to sign up: Sign-up for all meetings with Pitch Doctor hosts is required in advance.
General sign-up opens: Wednesday, April 13 @ 12:00 PM ET
General sign-up closes: Thursday, April 21, 2022 @ 5:00pm ET

To sign up, login to BANFFXchange using your personalized link and follow these instructions carefully by Thursday, April 21 at 5:00 PM EDT:

  • In the nav box on the left, click on the Agenda tab and scroll down to select the Pitch Doctors session you most want to attend
  • To reserve a seat, click the Sign Up button next to a time slot and host 
  • When you see Signed Up beside your selection, that meeting has been successfully confirmed
  • If there are no more seats available at that session, you will see a Session is Full message
  • If your plans change and you need to switch your session, simply click the Unselect button and make another selection

 

From April 13 at 12:00 PM until Thursday, April 21 at 5:00 PM EDT, you will also have an opportunity to add your name to a standby list and potentially meet with one additional host. During the event, if any meeting slots become available due to no-shows, the host will meet with the delegate on standby instead.

To book a standby spot:

  • Click Join Standby under the host you'd like to meet with
  • When you see On Standby under your selection, you are confirmed on the standby list for that host
  • If you don’t see Join Standby under a host’s name, it means that standby spot has already been filled
  • If your plans change and you need to switch your standby spot, simply click the Remove button and make another selection
