BANFF 2022 offers over 1,000 curated one-on-one and small group meeting opportunities to move your projects and career forward.

pitch doctors - virtual
Perfect your pitch! In these 13-minute virtual consultation sessions, some of the industry’s most talented pitchers will take a look at your materials and give you advice on how to deliver them to maximize their impact.
How to sign up: Sign-up for all meetings with Pitch Doctor hosts is required in advance. See the agenda for a list of hosts for these sessions.
General sign-up opens: Wednesday, April 13 @ 12:00 PM ET
General sign-up closes: Thursday, April 21, 2022 @ 5:00pm ET
To sign up, login to BANFFXchange using your personalized link and follow these instructions carefully by Thursday, April 21 at 5:00 PM EDT:
- In the nav box on the left, click on the Agenda tab and scroll down to select the Speed Pitching session you most want to attend
- To reserve a seat, click the Sign Up button
- If there are no more seats available at that session, you will see a Session is Full message
- If your plans change and you need to switch your session, simply click the Unselect button and make another selection
From Wednesday, April 13 at 12:00 PM until Thursday, April 21 at 5:00 PM EDT, you will also have an opportunity to add your name to a standby list and potentially meet with one additional host. During the event, if any meeting slots become available due to no-shows, the host will meet with a delegate on standby instead.
speed meetings with buyers
BANFF’s Speed Meetings with Buyers are a fantastic opportunity for content creators and producers to meet one-on-one with leading program buyers and funders. This is your opportunity to connect with partners who can help take your screen-based project to the next stage.
Specifically designed to be eight (8)-minute time slots, with a two (2)-minute transition time between meetings, this program has facilitated thousands of partnerships and has led to millions of dollars in new content.
Session dates: Monday, June 13 - Tuesday, June 14
How to sign up: Sign-up for all meetings with speed meeting hosts is required in advance and are assigned by lottery with available meeting hosts determined based on the genres you select via BANFFXchange. See the agenda for a list of hosts for these sessions.
Delegates may make up to 10 Speed Meeting hosts selections but will be assigned a maximum of 3 confirmed meetings through the lottery. Delegates are limited to 3 confirmed meetings through the lottery, but if spots are still available after the lottery runs, general sign-ups will open (which allow you to secure your meeting directly), and delegates may join the wait line at BANFF for last-minute openings.

production partners
Production company development execs will be taking one-on-one, eight (8)-minute pitches in these one-on-one meetings. Similar in format to our Speed Meeting sessions, this is your chance to pitch to production companies and studios who are looking for great ideas and partnerships.
Session date: Tuesday, June 14
How to sign up: Slots for Production Partners are assigned by LOTTERY with available meeting hosts via BANFFXchange. See the agenda for a list of hosts for these sessions.
Delegates may submit for up to 10 Production Partners hosts. Delegates are limited to 1 confirmed meeting through the lottery, but if spots are still available after the lottery runs, general sign-ups will open (which allow you to secure your meeting directly), and delegates may join the wait line for last minute openings on site at BANFF.
