An Emmy® Award-winning executive producer, series creator and writer of YA entertainment, McGillis is the co-creator of such international hits as the Total Drama franchise, My Babysitter’s a Vampire and 6teen.
Early 2018 saw Fresh TV acquire the rights to YouTube sensation Lucas The Spider. Production is underway on a new Lucas the Spider series for WarnerMedia’s Cartoon Network and HBO Max.
In February 2021, Fresh TV announced a two-season reboot of Total Drama Island. The new animated ‘reality’ series will introduce an updated cast of diverse teen contestants as they face hardcore competition, brutal eliminations and more drama than ever before. The series will be produced for WarnerMedia’s Cartoon Network and HBO Max.
