Speed Networking

Join us inside the Delegate Lounge to be matched with attendees for four-minute speed meetings!

These speed networking sessions are a fun and easy way for you to meet new delegates in a short time period.

To enter the Delegate Lounge for Speed Networking, follow these simple steps:

1. Be on a LAPTOP or a DESKTOP COMPUTER (the lounge platform does not offer all interactive features on a mobile device) 
2. Use GOOGLE CHROME Browser 
3. High Speed Internet connection offers the best experience
4. Click on the Enter button below (this button appears when you are logged into your BANFFXchange profile, and during the posted Speed Networking session times)
5. Allow camera and microphone access on your computer  
6. Provide your credentials/register with the Airmeet lounge platform.
   Be sure to use the same email addresses that you registered for the Banff World Media Festival event, so that the system recognizes you as an approved passholder. 
7. Enter “the venue” (and follow prompts from there)

Alternatively, you can access the Delegate Lounge from your BANFFXchange Homepage.

To participate in Speed Networking:

• Click on the 'Start Networking' button at the top of the screen (it will appear at the session start time)
• The system will randomly match you with other participating delegates. 4 minutes later the system will spin the wheel again and you’ll be matched with someone else.   
• At the end of the session time the 'Start Networking' button will disappear
• Have fun!
