Speaker Victoria Valius
Victoria Valius is the Vice President of Marketing and Co-Country Manager of Sony Pictures Television and Home Entertainment Canada. Victoria manages the operations of the Canadian office of Sony Pictures and shares in the responsibility of meeting the division’s digital transactional, physical home entertainment, and television distribution goals and objectives.
Since joining Sony Pictures over a decade ago, Victoria has worked on award-winning television network, cable, and streaming content from critically acclaimed series such as Twisted Metal, Breaking Bad, Seinfeld, and Outlander to long-running network series such as The Good Doctor, The Young & The Restless and Shark Tank. Under her leadership, her team has managed home entertainment go-to-markets for the world’s most recognized feature film franchises including Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, The Equalizer and Ghostbusters.
With over 20 years of experience in international television and distribution, Victoria has worked with digital streaming services, broadcasters, multi-platform content publishers, connected TV retailers, international distributors, studios, and a global brand. Currently, she is an observing board member of Hollywood Suite as part of her role at Sony Pictures, and on the Content Advisory Board of the Banff World Media Festival.
