As General Manager of the six Discovery Networks in Canada (Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Discovery Velocity, Science Channel, Investigation Discovery, and Discovery GO, Edwina Follows is responsible for all day-to-day operations, including programming and independent production as well as business and strategic planning.
In her various roles throughout her career at Discovery Networks, Edwina has been responsible for creating, developing and commissioning successful independent programming such as the dramatic series Frontier in partnership with Netflix and starring Jason Mamoa, and the hit factual series Highway Thru Hell, Heavy Rescue: 401, Jade Fever, Disasters at Sea and the Mighty Ships franchise.
