Larry Tanz is Vice President of Original Series for Europe, Middle East and Africa for Netflix, based out of Amsterdam. Since joining Netflix in 2014, he has also worked across commissions, co-productions, and acquisitions, from US, Latin America, and APAC, including shows such as The Stranger, Bodyguard, El Chapo, Fauda, and Castlevania.
Tanz previously served as CEO of Michael Eisners' digital studio Vuguru (now TornanteTelevision), CEO of LivePlanet (with founders Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Sean Bailey and Chris Moore), and held senior positions at AOL Time Warner and Mercer Management Consulting. He is a founding board member of Water.org which has helped provide safe water and sanitation to over 20 million people around the world.
