David Pritikin is Head of Unscripted at Red Bull Originals, he is based in Los Angeles, California. Red Bull Originals is a commissioning and financing hub for premium filmmakers, broadcasters, streamers and studios.
An innovative and award-winning Producer, Development and Production Executive, most recently Pritikin paved new ground as the Head of Unscripted Television for Anonymous Content where he Executive Produced the critically acclaimed, gritty Netflix Original Documentary Series, Flint Town.
Pritikin was at the forefront of the Unscripted Television genre getting his start alongside Mark Burnett on a series that helped ignite the industry: Survivor, and stayed to help craft the first fifteen seasons (2000 to 2009), earning three Primetime Emmy nominations along the way. He later went on to Produce the NBC breakout singing competition series hit, The Voice. And as a former Sr. Network Executive in Development and Production for Discovery Channel, Pritikin oversaw the network's biggest, longest-running franchise: Deadliest Catch, where he won two Primetime Emmys for Best Unstructured Reality Program.
