Anna Winger is a British-American writer, producer, creator of the television shows Deutschland83/86/89 and Unorthodox, and founder of STUDIO AIRLIFT, a production company in Berlin. Winger was raised in Kenya, Massachusetts and Mexico, and studied at Columbia University in New York. She has received Emmy, Peabody and Adolf Grimme awards for her work.
