Ann is a multiple award-winning Producer and Showrunner known for truth-driven storytelling that delivers highly acclaimed shows. She was named to The Hollywood Reporter’s 2026 Power List, the industry’s ranking of top entertainment leaders. Her films and series have aired on CBC, TVO, HBO, ABC, CBC, Youtube Premium, CBC The Documentary Channel, PBS, ITVS, Discovery Channel, HGTV, History Channel among others.

Her feature documentary, The Loneliest Race won Best Documentary at the 2026 Canadian Screen Awards, A.rtificial I.mmortality was selected to be the Opening Night film at Hot Docs 2021, and her film My Enemy, My Brother won Grand Jury Prize at SDAFF, was shortlisted for a 2016 Academy Award, and nominated for an Emmy. Her cross-platform project The Defector film and interactive won Best Documentary, Best Documentary Director and the Diversity Award at the Canadian Screen Awards. The Defector Interactive won the FITC Award, the Canadian Digi Award, and at the SXSW Interactive Festival.

She is executive producing two premium true crime series for Amazon and Bell Media respectively. As a Series Producer she produced Kpop Evolution, Stay Tooned, Save us From This House, The Heat, Rags to Red Carpet, among others.

Her directorial credits include: A.rtificial I.mmortality, The Superfood Chain, Smart Drugs, The Four Seasons Mosaic (CBC), Gemini nominee for Best Performance Doc; and Columbus International Film and Video Festival Award‐winning The Roswell Incident, Western Eyes, and Almost Real: Connecting in a Wired World.
