Jasmeet Raina is a Toronto-based writer/comedian and the creator, writer, and star of the hit Crave Original series, Late Bloomer, where he plays a burgeoning content creator trying to balance his ambitions for success with his commitment to his family, community, and culture. Prior to Late Bloomer, Jasmeet amassed millions of views producing sketch and skit-based content on YouTube for nearly a decade. Much of his content has focused on idiosyncrasies of the South Asian community and his upbringing as a Punjabi-Sikh Canadian. Jasmeet has been passionate about going beyond his YouTube sketches and creating highly relatable everyday character-driven stories that place unheard voices at the centre of their narratives.
