Antony Fraser is a Managing Director at ACF Investment Bank’s London office. He is one of the UK's most experienced media financiers, having acted as principal on over 20 sector transactions.
Recent deals include the securitization of Syco Entertainment’s Intellectual Property in the Got Talent Franchise - a deal raising $125m to create an acquisition fund to grow a global entertainment empire, and advising a leading global producer of premium unscripted content, 72 Films on its sale to Fremantle.
Previously, Antony was head of UK media investment at UBS Capital before co-founding and running Ingenious Ventures, where he led a series of innovative entertainment investments including Simon Fuller’s 19 Entertainment (American Idol).
Since then Antony has held a number of senior executive positions within the entertainment industry, including Chief Restructuring Officer of Handmade plc (film and television producer), and founder and Chief Executive of Rare TV, which he grew from inception to become one of the UK’s top 20 independent unscripted television producers.
Antony has also served as a non-executive director and chairman on the Boards of over 30 companies, representing some of the UK's most innovative content producers.
