Speaker Elan Mastai
In 2021, Elan was nominated for an Emmy Award for his work as a writer and co-executive producer of the hit series This Is Us. He won the Canadian Screen Award and Writers Guild of Canada Award for writing The F Word—released internationally as What If—starring Daniel Radcliffe, Zoe Kazan, Adam Driver, and Mackenzie Davis. Among his other feature films is The Samaritan, starring Oscar-nominees Samuel L. Jackson, Ruth Negga, and Tom Wilkinson. His award-winning novel, All Our Wrong Todays, was published by Penguin Random House and translated into 24 languages.
