As Vice President of Music Program Development at MTV/Paramount+, Amanda Culkowski is responsible for developing original music and talent driven series for MTV’s 170+ global channels, as well as P+ premium content. Since joining the network in 2019 she has overseen the series development and production of Hip Hop My House, Sampled, De La Calle and LOLLA: The Story of Lollapalooza, just to name a few. Prior to MTV, Amanda was a part of the WE tv development team where she oversaw development of Hustle & Soul and Untold Stories of Hip Hop with Angie Martinez.
She has previously held positions at HGTV and at PBS member stations ThinkTV and WOUB. She holds a Master of Arts degree from Ohio University. She is based in Brooklyn, New York and is originally from Toledo, Ohio.
