Lisa Ducharme has dedicated her career to amplifying Indigenous storytellers through her various roles in the broadcasting industry and particularly at APTN. She is a proud member of Saddle Lake Cree Nation with family rooted in Goodfish Lake, Alberta. A graduate of the University of Alberta’s School of Business, Lisa began her career at APTN in 2007. She has lead various roles as the Manager of Marketing Research and Director of Marketing prior to moving into the programming team in 2021. As the Director of Online Content, Lisa is responsible for all online programming ventures including APTN lumi, APTN’s streaming service. She has a passion for Indigenous storytelling, revitalizing Indigenous cultures and supporting language reclamation.
