Jennifer Liang is Vice President, Acquisitions, Programming Strategy & Sales at Topic. In this role, she oversees acquisitions, pre-buys and global co-production opportunities and manages the acquisitions & programming team. She is also responsible for sales of programming owned or controlled by Topic. Previously she has held positions in global program sales and strategy at National Geographic, HBO and Viacom and provided expertise in content strategy and valuation, acquisitions and programming, and global distribution for clients including AMC Networks International, Viacom, NBC Universal, Sesame Workshop, and Whistle Sports, Inc. She received an undergraduate degree from Mount Holyoke College and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, and speaks fluent French and proficient Spanish. Jennifer lives in New York City with her husband and two children.
