Dany Meloul has been General Manager of Radio-Canada Television since October 2019. She is responsible for the ICI Télé, ICI ARTV and ICI Explora Channels, as well as the ICI TOU.TV streaming platform. With a long track record in the media industry in Quebec, she has in-depth knowledge, in a context where business models are being challenged by the competition of digital giants and the changing habits of French-speaking audiences.

Previously, she held the positions of Vice President, Programming for French-language television at Bell Media, Deputy Chief Legal Officer at Bell Media and Vice President, Legal, Regulatory Affairs and Affiliate Relations for Astral TV channels. Earlier in her career, she worked as Director and Chief Legal Officer at Transcontinental Inc. and as Senior Advisor for Alcan inc. in Canada and the United States. Dany Meloul is a member of the Quebec and New York Bars and has her ICD.D/IAS.A accreditation from McGill University-Rotman School of Management.

Dany Meloul est Directrice générale de la Télévision de Radio-Canada, et responsable des chaînes ICI Télé, ICI ARTV et ICI Explora ainsi que de la de plateforme ICI TOU.TV, depuis octobre 2019. Possédant une longue feuille de route dans le secteur des médias au Québec, elle a une connaissance approfondie de l'industrie, dans un contexte où les modèles d'affaires sont bousculés par la concurrence accrue des géants du numérique et les habitudes changeantes des auditoires francophones.

Auparavant, elle a occupé les postes de Vice-présidente, Programmation pour la télévision de langue française chez Bell Média, de Chef adjointe du service juridique chez Bell Média et de Vice-présidente, Affaires juridiques, réglementaires et relations aux affiliés pour les chaînes télé Astral. Plus tôt dans sa carrière, elle a travaillé à titre de Directrice et chef des affaires juridiques chez Transcontinental inc. et comme Conseillère principale pour Alcan inc. au Canada et aux États-Unis. Dany Meloul est membre du Barreau du Québec et de New York et elle détient son accréditation IAS.A/ICD.D de l’Université McGill-Rotman.
