Speaker Megan Halpern
Megan Halpern is Senior Vice President of the Black List, where she manages the Black List's film and TV slate and a robust array of programs and partnerships. Halpern began her career in book publishing and joined the Black List in 2014 to develop its lab programs and produce live events. She has overseen the company's collaborations with Google, UPS, Warby Parker, Marriott and Jim Beam, among others, and recently led its expansion into theater. Independently from the Black List, she produced Noga Pnueli's directorial debut DEBORAH, starring Sophia Bush and Deborah Ann Woll, released this fall from 1091. She graduated from New York University and currently lives in Los Angeles.
