Rob started at Avalon in 1991 as the Head of Live Promotions. He began to take on his own management clients in 1995 and has built a roster of supremely talented and successful comedians and actors which includes Lee Mack (BATFA winner whose BBC1 sitcom Not Going Out is currently the longest-running sitcom on British TV), Chris Addison (BAFTA winner, DGA and Emmy-winning director of VEEP and The Hustle) Dave Gorman (BAFTA winner, and two-time winner of HBO U.S. Comedy Arts Festival award).
Rob ran Avalon Distribution from 1999 to 2005 developing an understanding of the international television market before moving across to focus on packaging and Exec Producing at Avalon Television. He currently EPs on a number of Avalon shows including RTS-winning sitcom Not Going Out (BBC1), BAFTA-nominated Taskmaster (UKTV) Breeders (FX/Sky) and Starstruck (BBC3/HBO Max).
