Colin Bohm is Executive Vice President, Content and Corporate Strategy at Corus Entertainment Inc., Canada’s leading media and content company, with responsibility for Corus’ industry leading original content businesses, as well as strategic planning and domestic and international business development. Colin oversees Corus Studios, a global producer and distributor of original lifestyle content, and Corus’ integrated kids’ content businesses including Canada’s premiere animation company, Nelvana, award- winning children’s publisher, Kids Can Press, and leading animation software company, Toon Boom. With insight into the global content market, Colin has a clear focus on maximizing domestic and international strategic growth opportunities. Colin joined Corus in 2002, and has held progressive leadership positions in his 20-year career with the company, including Director, Planning and Analysis; Vice President, International, of Nelvana Enterprises Inc.; and most recently, Head of Corus Kids, overseeing Canada’s leading children television brands YTV, Disney Channel (Canada), TELETOON and Treehouse. He currently sits on various boards including Aircraft Pictures and the Banff World Media Festival. He is also an active member of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Colin holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Toronto with a focus in Finance and Strategy, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from McGill University.
