Winning in the War for Creative Talent
While overall the explosion in global series orders has been a good thing for producers of content, one effect has been a tight market for top creative talent such as high-profile showrunners, writers, executive producers and directors. This session will examine how stakeholders are addressing the challenge: attracting talent and becoming a destination for it, retaining people between seasons/projects, developing/fostering it, how the tight market for talent is influencing decision-making and the new ways and places talent can be discovered.
