Mike Abend is Director, Business Development for New Form. In this capacity he leads international and domestic distribution, structures strategic partnerships for the studio, and identifies new business models for the next generation of talent and storytellers. Prior to working at New Form, Mike led business development for Studio71, a global digital media company and multichannel network. Mike began his career as a corporate associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP before moving into entertainment. He graduated from Vanderbilt University and Columbia Law School.
