Manager of the original productions for TV5 and UnisTV in the Maritime Provinces, Guy Boutin has collaborated on various television productions over the last 20 years as a screenwriter, director and producer. His productions have been broadcast on most major networks. Since graduating from INIS in 1999, he has often collaborated with Canadian French-language minorities tv producers.
