Matt Loze

BBC Worldwide Entertainment

Loze joined BBC Worldwide Productions as Head of Scripted in 2017. Here he sets and implements a scripted program strategy, which focuses on reformats of BBC and other British IP for digital and linear network partners.  He oversees every facet - from development to production to delivery.

With over 20 years of entertainment experience, Loze has an accomplished track record, most recently as Senior Vice President of Programming for Fox 21 Television Studios where he guided a cross section of drama development and production. At Fox he was responsible for bringing to the marketplace such popular shows as Burn Notice, White Collar, Graceland, and Complications (USA), Genius (Nat Geo), The Good Guys(Fox). 

Prior to his role at FOX Television Studios, Loze headed scripted drama for Pearson North America (now Fremantle Entertainment) and became an expert in international co-productions while working on The Outer Limits and Poltergeist: The Legacy for Trilogy Entertainment, MGM TV, Alliance Atlantis and Showtime Network.  He also founded the television division of Propaganda Films, where he helped develop shows such as Twin Peaks and Beverly Hills 90210.His work as a television producer includes Turner Network’s ACE Award - winning film Heatwave and the six-hour mini-series Tales of a City for the UK’s Channel 4 and PBS/American Playhouse that received two Emmy Award nominations and a Peabody Award.
